Mid-Coast Maine Home by the Sea: Newly constructed high-performance home build on 4 acres of land by the sea with views of the ocean and Mountains. The look and feel is pure Modern Zen blending with the landscape and with a “Mid-Century Modern meets coastal Maine” aesthetic. Natural Eastern white cedar and dark charred wood was treated on site. This is the second structure built on the land. The first being a finished studio for Artists for painting, sculpture and artistic creations, that occasionally serves as additional sleeping for guests. The house wrapped up construction in Spring of 2023. Named SEAHAUS, for the love of the Sea and all things related to the International Style of the Bauhaus. The 2,100 sq ft home is complete with a large commercial style kitchen, open dining and lounge area, TV room and a cozy cottage style wing for sleeping and is available as a vacation rental.
