Studio + Home by the Sea: MPGhomedesign just wrapped up the construction of a 850 sq ft studio/ garage getaway pad on the coast of Maine on 4 acres of land by the sea with views of the Mountains beyond. The look and feel is pure Modern Zen blending with the landscape and with a “Japanese meets coastal Maine” aesthetic. The dark charred wood was fabricated in house by MPG Home Design. This is the first structure of many to be built on the land.
The main house is currently under construction and to be complete by January 2023. Named SEAHAUS, it will be a 2,100 sq ft home available as a vacation rental.
