Mid-Coast Maine Home by the Sea:  New Construction of a high-performance home on 4 acres of land by the sea with views of the Mountains beyond. The look and feel  will be pure Modern Zen blending with the landscape and with a “Japanese meets coastal Maine” aesthetic.   Natural Eastern white cedar and dark charred wood will be fabricated on site.  This is the second structure to be built on the land.

The main house is currently under construction and to be complete by January 2023. Named SEAHAUS, it will be a 2,100 sq ft home available as a vacation rental.
